Following our orientation, I’ll personally guide you to the pasta school, introducing you to the maestro awaiting our arrival. Learning the art of Italian cooking in a local home sets the stage for an authentic immersion into our culture. I firmly believe that the most cherished souvenir you can take home is the timeless knowledge of Italian culinary traditions, fostering a connection to our community and the essence of genuine Italian cuisine.

This cooking class promises an exploration of culinary secrets, a hands-on experience destined to equip you with the skills to cook like an Italian for a lifetime. The proficient team will guide you through crafting pasta from scratch—preparing dough, shaping various pasta forms like ravioli, tagliatelle, fettuccine, or cappelletti, and mastering the creation of 3-4 quintessential Italian sauces like ‘bolognese’ or ‘pommarola.’ These recipes are tailored for easy replication in your home kitchen.

As the delightful aromas fill the air, you’ll gather around the stove, sharing stories and laughter while concocting these delicious sauces. Finally, you’ll relish the fruits of your labor with a glass of fine Italian wine.

All necessary equipment, including a personal apron, kneading tools, and a pasta cutter, will be provided. As a token of appreciation, each guest will receive an e-book containing the recipes shared during the class.
